Located a mere 40 minutes from the world famous Lost City and Casino
at Sun City, Mziki combines the glamour and glitz of the high life with
an authentic African safari.

Mziki offers luxury accommodation, superb traditional and international
cuisine, excellent bird and game viewing and the warmth and charm of

Just 9 ethnically designed rooms, accommodating a maximum of 18 Adults
guarantee our guests at Mziki Safari Lodge privacy and exclusivity.
5 Thatched twin or king-size bedded stand alone chalets/ rondavels
each with a lounge, veranda and en-suite bathroom, situated in a semicircle
in our lush indigenous garden.
4 rooms are located in the main Lodge building, 2 on either side, facing
out onto a sparkling swimming pool, overlooking a waterhole where game
drink regularly.

Unwind to the gentle crackle of fire in the Cognac Bar and Lounge (ideally
suited for the chilly winter evenings) or simply relax in the outdoor
Safari Lounge with spectacular views of the surrounding bush (during
warm and breezy summer nights)

Conferencing
Break out of the monotony of everyday conferencing!
Our air-conditioned conference room offers 8 delegates boardroom-style
seating and comfortably accommodates 14 in a horse-shoe setup.
Equipment such as TV, DVD, White board, Overhead/Data Projector and Screen,
Flip chart as well as pens and pads are standard and inclusive. (Please
bring own Laptops)
Team building such as the ´´Mziki Amazing Race´´,
which incorporates fauna and flora identification, navigation and general

Fauna and Flora
Set on 12 500 acres of prime malaria-free bushveld,
Mziki Private Game Reserve is home to over 50 species of mammals and
372 species of birds (one of the best birding areas in the country).
Join Mziki’s experienced game rangers on their Bush walks and Game
Drives to experience Africa beneath the soles of your feet.
Activities
Game drives
Take an informative Game-Drive in an open, luxury safari vehicle and
witness the wonders of the African bush or revel in the excitement
of seeing Africa in a different "light" and take a night
drive through the reserve.
Bush walks
Come face to face with wildlife by walking and stalking the most inaccessible
game ´hotspots` which can not be accessed by vehicle and watch
unobstructed wildlife behaviour. Hear the calls of the wild and feel
the dust and heat of Africa beneath the soles of your feet.
Barge Cruise
Board the ´´Mama Hippo``, an 18ft barge and set out along
the ´Hex` river into the Vaalkop dam. Watch game come to quench
their thirst and a spectacular array of waterfowl go about their daily
business. Kick back, relax and enjoy a sun downer or two!

Fishing
Mziki has 8 Km of the `Hex` river offer an exciting challenge to both
Fly and Bait anglers. Try your luck or skill in catching Yellow fish,
Blue and Red Curper, Carp, Barbell and Black Bass.
(Catch and release on all fish – for the Fish eagle´s sake!)
Archery and Air Rifle
During the heat of the day, try your skill as a marksman!
The range is situated just behind the Lodge and is ideal for beginners
and experts alike.
